Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) €50 EUR or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
